We were there from 12th to 19th June - a return trip 50 years after our honeymoon there! We went up Snaefell on 17th, and to Ramsey and back on 18th. We used "Go" cards which give unlimited travel on all forms of transport across the island for a set number of days. We also went on several buses, the steam train and the horse tram!

Looks like you had a good time on the IOM . We're you there for their transport week? As you can book on tours around all the workshops. Hope you said hello to the Faries!

Mr Boogie, you're rerunning all my German holidays! As a rail enthusiast it's amazing to watch the sheer volume of traffic on the Rhine/ Moselle tracks, particularly the vast amount of freight compared to GB; not forgetting the river borne freight either.

Great video Mr Boogie, yes back in the 70's when I worked on Euston it was very much the same. Disruption to the service was swift to impact on the daily routine of the station. The need for loco changes was eradicated when the DVT sets were introduced. Nice video, stay safe 🤓

Nice little film Mr Boogie. A 30 minute service to Edinburgh would have seemed impossible to operate years ago and whilst it's OK when it's all going well but it rapidly turns to something else when it doesn't. Nice video, well done 🤓

Great Northern should receive the Class 379s from storage that are replacing some of the Class 387s to Southern or Southeastern. And some Class 387s that are on hire from GWR to head back to Great Western Railway. Since Great Northern and Porterbrook decided to buy the Class 379s that were previously used on Greater Anglia and Stansted Express.

Thanks for this video. Brings back happy memories of holidays spent in the towns and villages along this line between Trier and Koblenz.

I do like Moor Park. It’s got that quiet feel to it as it’s only few miles from Watford and Rickmandsworth. And is close to the Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire border.

I like hearing the announcements on your videos, all part of the atmosphere. But this station seems particularly blighted by them at times

Many thanks for this! I used to live in Cologne in the 1980s and loved exploring the tram network. I think I still have the network map from that time.

Not travelled by train for years. Leicester to st Pancras was a regular journey in those days. Rail strikes drove me off using trains, but i still miss the peaks.
